🚨ROOF RACK UPDATE 🚨 Just a update on our Roof racks.. We will be changing the cross rail design, for the better of course.. (Anyone invested in the current design & interested in the tray system please just message, we happy to make these work for your set up.) See below for the list of improvements.. Inc the additional bolt in trays that we are super excited about.. (please note.. we can still supply the current style roof bars but there may be a slight delay in lead times.. please message for further info) Advantages of the New-Style Cross Bars
• Enhanced structural rigidity, maintaining high strength while improving overall efficiency. 
• Expanded mounting capability, incorporating integrated L-track, dimple-died strap points, and pre-sized holes compatible with rivnuts and a wide range of third-party accessories. 
• Optional flat-tray system, designed to fit between the cross-bar rails to create a continuous flat deck. This system supports the secure mounting of storage boxes, soft bags, and other equipment, and provides multiple attachment points for various configurations. 
• Reduced weight relative to the existing extrusion, contributing to improved handling and ease of installation. 
• In-house manufacturing, eliminating dependency on external suppliers and mitigating issues related to lead times, delivery delays, and inconsistent availability. 
• Industrial-grade powder-coat finish, precisely matched to the existing components of the roof-rack system to ensure a cohesive overall appearance. 
• wind-deflector on the forward bar, improving aerodynamic performance and reducing wind noise as well as an under tray for cable management.

We are super proud of this product, from the 60x80 3mm aluminium cross bars allowing easy mounting of work, overland & adventure attachments.
 
The the 4mm thick aluminium legs with built-in molle points for direct fitment of awnings, hi-lift jacks,
shovels, etc., all mountable with our molle tabs.
 
All hardware is stainless steel, including the leg mounting brackets.
 
This rack is built to be used & to stand the test of overland & time.
